Skirting board loose, rotten or damaged

Woodworm in floorboards
Which room is it in? What area is affected?
Damp coming through the floor
Which room is it in? What area is affected?
Floor tiles lifting or damaged
Which room are the tiles in? Did you lay them yourself?
How many are affected?
Are the tiles plastic or stone? We cannot guarantee to match the colour or pattern.
Do you know what is causing the problem, for example, is it damp penetration or another cause?
Stair tread or riser loose, squeaky, broken or rotten
Is it a shared staircase? If so, contact us immediately.
How many treads or risers are affected?
What is the problem, for example, is it loose, squeaky, broken or rotten?
Is it wooden, rubber or metal nosing?
Balustrade loose or broken
Is the balustrade made up of spindles, panels or rails?
How many are loose or broken? Is the newel post broken?
Is the handrail broken? See Handrail below.
