Electrics

To report a repair:

What is the problem?

Smoke, sparks or bare wires exposed

Turn off the electricity at the consumer unit and contact us.

No lights or power in all or part of the property

Is there a power cut? Are other flats or houses in the area affected? If so, phone your electricity supply company. If it is not a power cut, it is often caused by a bulb or faulty appliance which has tripped. Check what might have caused the problem and then reset the trip switch (or mains fuse).

Which lights and sockets are affected? We will charge you if the problem is caused by your appliance.
