What is the problem?

Glass cracked or broken

See Windows.

Front or back door sticking, jammed or damaged

Which door is it? Is it a shared door?

What is the problem, for example, a broken panel or a split frame?

Is the problem with the lock or handle? See Door locks.

Is the door made of wood, metal or plastic?

Can you still open and close the door? Can you still lock it?

How did this happen? We may charge you for any damage. If the damage is a result of vandalism or you have been burgled, please report it to the police and get a crime number (not an incident number).

Internal door sticking, jammed or damaged

Which door is it? Is the panel broken, has the frame split, or is the door not closing properly?

You are responsible for adjustments to inside doors when you have put in new carpets or laminate flooring.

Draughts coming in

Which door is it?

Is the draught coming through between the frame and the wall, or between the door and the frame?

Rain coming in underneath the door
