Working with Oakus
We have entered into a contract to adopt the public open space for a 750-home development in Melksham, Wiltshire. An overarching agreement to adopt the public open space was put in place for the consortium of developers across the scheme. Oakus is actively looking for further opportunities to work with developers and adopt public open space on other schemes.
